Status: Asphalt on Irma Drive—between 112th and 120th —is ready to be striped, so we are gearing up for that task next week. The work starts on Monday, 11/8. Epoxy paint will be installed Monday, 11/8; Tuesday, 11/9; and Wednesday, 11/10. Next up is the thermoplastic road striping which will be installed the following week on Monday, 11/15; Tuesday, 11/16; and Wednesday, 11/17. Watch for “no-parking" signs which will be placed ahead of time. Bear with us as this work will significantly impact resident parking. Work also continues on the pipe installation heading north on Leroy Drive.

Impacts: Starting next Monday, 11/8—intermittently through Wednesday, 11/17—there will be significant impacts to resident parking. Please respect the “no-parking” signs as we work through this as quickly as possible to minimize impacts. As we make our way north along Leroy Dr. with pipe installation there will be some intermittent closures, so watch for those. You will receive a door hanger notification if crews are near your area. Sometimes there are minor interruptions to water / sewer services associated with this work, but those notifications will go out at least 48 hours in advance. Please remember that our schedules and work are always dependent on the weather.
