Status: The epoxy striping is complete on Irma Drive—between 112th and 120th. Thermoplastic marking will be wrapped up by next Wednesday. The neighborhood crew is still making good progress heading north along Leroy Drive. In observance of Thanksgiving, our crews won’t be working next Thursday or Friday.

Impacts: There may be some impacts to resident parking with the marking work, but nothing significant. There will be some intermittent closures as pipe installation work continues to move north along Leroy Dr. Door hangers will notify you if crews are near your area. There may be minor interruptions to water / sewer services associated with this work, but those notifications will go out at least 48 hours in advance. We’ve been lucky with the great fall weather thus far, but please remember that schedules and work are always dependent on the weather.

Questions or Concerns?: Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. All of our contacts are listed below.

We won’t be sending out an update next week, but we will be back in touch the week of the 29th.

We wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving!
