Status: The pipe we install is always tested after it is in place, and sometimes we need to make adjustments and repairs to ensure all is well before we continue on. We had that exact situation come up this week. What that means for the neighborhood is an inconvenience over the weekend with a couple of closures in place. Closures at 112th and 120th will affect main entrances to the neighborhood, but the good news is that we should be done with the repair over the weekend. We are attaching a suggested detour map here showing alternate routes for neighborhood access. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are working to make our fixes quickly. Our usual progress map is attached above as well.

Impacts: This weekend's impacts should be over by the end of the weekend. When we start up again next week with pipe installation, watch for door hangers notifying you when work is nearby. Work on each block lasts approximately 1-2 weeks. There may be minor interruptions to water / sewer services for line relocations, and notifications will go out at least 48 hours in advance. Work and schedules are always weather dependent. Have a wonderful weekend, despite us throwing a bit of a wrench into your access. We will be back up and running full speed at the beginning of the week!
